Rajon Ki Baoli
Mehrauli Archeological Park Trail, Mehrauli Village, Mehrauli,
The Baoli is located in the Mehrauli Archeological Park, about 400 m away from the Gandhak ki Baoli. It is a three storeyed step-well built during the Lodi period meant to store water for drinking and cooking purposes. Built as a four rectangular tank with steps at one end and a circular well at the other, the Baoli has long covered corridors or ‘dalans’. The historic Baoli has been well maintained and offers some pristine backdrops for shootings.
