The ‘Land of Five Hills’, or Panchgani, is a distinguished hill station in Maharashtra. It was discovered by the British as an ideal summer getaway. The climate here remains stable and pleasant throughout the year with the place pulsates with greenery and captivating scenic beauty. The environment is pristine and uncontaminated. Panchgani is famous for its boarding schools which are modelled on English Public schools.

The lush green scenery, fresh air and view of the Krishna River are simply breath-taking. Some of the locations that are famous in Panchgani are Sydney Point from where one can see the waters of the Dhom Dam, Parsi point (which overlooks the Krishna valley) and Devil’s Kitchen which has a mythological legend associated with it that the Pandavas of the Mahabharat epic had stayed here for a while. An event of Strawberry Festival is held in Panchgani every year during summers.
